After your payment is processed you can find your items in your Pixgrade account by visiting your downloads. You will also receive an email with a link to download your items instantly.

Use these instructions to troubleshoot if you have not received a verification email from Pixgrade:
Please check that:

As you make your first purchase we will ask for your name and details. You will then be able to confirm your information and new account after you have completed payment. After your payment is done you will receive a confirmation mail to complete the setup.

We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our presets that appear in the store as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your pictures and our presets will look exactly the same. Don’t worry, within a few clicks you can add some additional adjustments and adjust the end result to whatever you want it to be!
Every photo situation is unique, taken in different locations, different times of day and under different light cicumstances, shadows etc. That’s why we also offer different preset packages. You will need to adjust things like exposure, contrast and temperature to achieve your desired look. This is the beauty of Pixgrade, you can create your own special twist on our presets and achieve a more personalized look.

The desktop presets will work with all Lightroom Classic CC. The mobile presets will work with the free Lightroom CC mobile app which you can find in your app store. For mobile: Please keep in mind to update your app always to the latest version.
All of our preset packages come in desktop and mobile format, so you can use either Adobe Lightroom Classic for Desktop (OSX/Windows) or the free mobile app Lightroom CC for mobile.
To use the presets on your phone you need the Free Smartphone App Lightroom Mobile CC to use Lightroom Presets. You can find the Free Download here.
You can find your invoice in your Pixgrade account. Go to your orders and download your invoice there. We also send you an invoice by email after your payment is done.
Lightroom presets are one click filters to make your photo look a certain way or style. Presets make specific changes to an image. On average, our presets change 30-50 settings and are designed especially to help with little editing knowledge to achieve a professional look.
Yes, our presets will work with your month-to-month program. We encourage you to save the download to your computer for future use as well.
Our presets can be used for RAW and JPEG pictures. If you are using a modern camera we do recommend to shoot in RAW format because you can adjust colors much better. Some of the newest smartphones also have the option to shoot in RAW. So check your phone if you have this option. Regardless we are passionate smartphone shooters as well and edit all our smartphone pictures in Lightroom. That’s why our presets are perfect optimized for smartphone pics (JPEG).
Yes you can download your purchases as many times as you want. But keep in mind to save your files on your desktop or mobile immediately after downloading to avoid losing the files.
Yes, all of our downloads are instant. You can find them in the downloads folder of your Pixgrade account immediately after payment is completed.
If your coupon code doesn’t work please check if you filled in the code the right way and use captial letters. Some codes have an expiary date or can be used only a certain number of times, so please check the information of the campaign or the discount offer about expairy dates and other terms. On the newest IOS and Android it is not necessary to unzip the files prior to use. Do you think you need to unzip them before usage then you can download a free unzip app from your app store (for example: Winzip or unzip).

Yes of course, but keep in mind you can only activate on two devices at the same time. Please read our license policy to avoid problems.
You are limited to use the presets on two different devices at the same time. That means you can use the presets on a desktop and a mobile device. Please make sure that your license is only active on a maximal number devices to avoid cancellation of our service. Want to know more about your license? Please read our product license policy.
Yes, you can use the presets to edit your photos for your clients. But keep in mind that you cannot transfer the presets to your clients, you can only sell your end products. For more information please head over to our license policy.
Pixgrade items are intellectual property of Pixgrade and our sites. You cannot resell or redistribute any of our items without our written permission.
If you open the files on your desktop or phone without using Lightroom it is completely normal that you do not see the preset. You cannot open the file outside of the Lightroom app. To see the preset you have to open it with the Lightroom App or the Lightroom CC on your desktop. Want to know how it works? We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download we generally offer no refunds.
If you change your mind about your purchase and you have not downloaded our product, we will happily issue you a refund upon your request.
Due to digital nature of our items we do not accept refund requests made after you downloaded your purchase. Refund requests are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made within thirty (30) days of your original purchase.
