Use these instructions to troubleshoot if you have not received a verification email from Pixgrade:
Please check that:
- You’ve entered your email address correctly
- The email is not in your spam or junk folder
- You do not have email forwarding setup
Add email@example.com to your trusted contacts/address book or contacts, or whitelist this email address.
If you have checked all of the above and you’re still haven’t received the verification email please get in touch with our support team by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
